The Squad XL is the bigger brother of the Squad ski goggles from Smith. The XL version has a larger fit and is suitable for wider faces. The ski goggles are equipped with a wide band that ensures that the pressure is well distributed over the head and that these goggles are always comfortable. The cylindrical lens of the Squad is produced using the TLT technique that ensures that you always have crystal clear vision, this is further aided by the Fog-X anti-fog inner lens that ensures that your glasses will not fog up quickly. The cylindrical shape of the lens means you have more vision at the edge of your field of vision. The special ChromaPop? lens has the ability to filter light at two frequencies. This makes the lens suitable for a wider range of weather conditions. The Squad is equipped with a quick change system so that you can easily change lenses. The ski goggles are equipped with a Chromapop Everyday Green Mirror lens, the lens falls into the category: S2/S3 and has a VLT of 23%. The ski goggles are therefore ideally suited for (very) sunny days with clear blue skies. The ski goggles come with an extra ChromaPop Storm Rose Flash lens. This lens falls into the category: S1 and has a VLT of 50%. The lens is therefore very suitable on cloudy days.
