In the summer of 2013, Carl Elsener a senior contributor to Victorinox passed away. He was an inventor, visionary leader and a great entrepreneur who brought the little red Swiss army knife into the world. As a reminder of his extraordinary contribution, Victorinox designed this collector’s item to commemorate him. The tool has 16 different functions including a blade made of Damascus steel, an inlaid Cross & Shield encased in a wooden body containing the engraved signature of Mr. Elsener. This model is very unique, there are only 80 limited editions pieces available for sale.
